I just wanted to share a little trick i JUST learned from one of my BFF's (Iman). She is a foody just like me but she is a "ProFessional" she went to culinary school so she is educated. I just know what i like and my family eats.....
Anyway she texted me and told me the trick to juicy, tender (Chinese restaurant like) chicken is baking soda....
Marinade it in water and 1 or 2 teaspoons of baking soda for 15-30 min.
This also works with beef and shrimp
