Spaghetti Squash Recipe

I have started this "New Fast Girl Diet" about three weeks ago. The fast is for two days (pretty easy) a week. I do Monday and Tuesday.  Day 1 only water. Day 2 only fruits and Vegetables. I really like fasting I never thought I would but lets your digestive system sleep and relax for a few days. By the time you eat again you are not even hungry so your calorie intake is much less for the week. I also have almost became a vegatarian again. I ralrley eat meat through out the week. The first week I wanted to make a spaghetti squash recipe because squash is in season now. I wanted to share my recipe. Check it out!!!!!

Fruits and vegetables are lively to the system, and, as a result, the body is relieved of the digestive burden of other foods and can clean house by flushing away toxins and going into a fat-melting mode.



Spaghetti Squash recipe for my 2nd day fast.......
Spaghetti Squash from Ralph's 99 Cents a lb.

Saute onion, peppers and garlic in Olive Oil.

Add your favorite seasonings.

In a separate pan boil the squash with a little salt, for about 30 min. Then fork the squash out.
(Take the seeds out before or after you boil)

And this is it.....

It was so good. My husband ate it as a vegetable side. He thought it was good as well.
