The Best Vegetarian Sandwhich

I have came up with the most delicious vegetarian sandwich that is under 500 calories. Its actually 400 calories.
This sandwich is super filling also, and you don't feel cheated.
So if you love sauteed veggies, Garlic Naan and goat cheese this is a must try!!!!

Here we go:

Saute your favor Peppers and Onion
(Saute in Coconut Oil Way better that EVOO)


Garlic Naan 190 Calories Per Slice

50 Calories This is the spread on the Naan
(Sub for Mayo)


Goat Cheese 80 Calories
sprinkle on the sauteed veggies when building your sandwich
It melts.

I put spinach on after the veggies and goat cheese

Warm the patty up... Then put on top of spinach

This is what the Naan looks like!!!! So yummy

It is so Big and Filling

All this for 400 Calories
If you want to substitute for a lower calorie bread, even better!
